Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change. Cancellations for travel packages booked through Uddharsha Foundation are subject to the following timelines, measured from the scheduled departure date:

Specific packages may carry different terms depending on third-party bookings (hotels, transport, permits). Where applicable, the exact cancellation terms are listed on the individual package page under “Cancellation Policy.”

For paid programmes, workshops, and cultural exchange initiatives, cancellation requests must be submitted in writing at least 14 days before the programme start date to be eligible for a refund. Requests made after this window will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, as many programmes involve advance commitments to artisans, communities, and venues.

Orders placed through our craft marketplace can be cancelled free of charge as long as the order has not yet shipped. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — please refer to our Refund Policy for returns and exchanges after delivery.
