• Meet the group at the airport and transfer by private AC coach to the hotel/resort

• The Secret Friend — at check-in, every participant receives a randomly assigned colleague; the mission is to make that person's Goa experience better without revealing your identity, revealed only on the final evening
• Sunset experience at the beach or Mandovi waterfront
• Welcome Dinner — 'You Don't Know Me': a relaxed dinner designed around conversation, with meaningful conversation cards and no compulsory participation

Overnight: Goa

• Breakfast, then 9:00 AM team formation — departments deliberately mixed so no team consists of people who normally work together
• The Impossible Mission – Goa: each team receives a mission envelope, map, limited budget, clues, destination objectives and a final deadline
• Challenges involve navigation, communication, negotiation, photography, local culture, problem solving and creativity — some clues are deliberately held by other teams, forcing a choice: compete or cooperate?
• Curated local Goan lunch
• Afternoon — The ₹1,000 Experience Challenge: every team creates the most memorable experience possible for another team using only ₹1,000; the winner is the team that creates the best experience, not the one that spends the most
• Evening — sunset and free time at the resort
• Night — Goa Under the Stars: outdoor dinner with welcome mocktails, Goan cultural performance, live acoustic music, team presentations, fun awards (Best Team Story, Best Collaboration, Most Creative Team, Best Negotiators, Most Unexpected Team, Spirit of Goa) and DJ

Overnight: Goa

• Breakfast, then a destination experience day split into curated experiences rather than a full-day bus tour
• Goa Heritage Experience — Old Goa, Basilica of Bom Jesus, Se Cathedral and Fontainhas, with a team challenge: tell the story of Goa to the rest of the company in three minutes, presented as a video, performance, story or visual presentation
• Goan Cultural Experience — local cuisine, music, traditional stories, local traditions and artisan interaction
• Goan regional lunch
• Afternoon — Free Goa: intentionally unstructured time for beach, shopping, water activities, spa, resort leisure, cafés or personal exploration — corporate travel should also feel like a holiday
• Evening — Break the Teams: Day 2 teams disappear and participants are randomly reassigned into entirely new groups
• Night — The Human Dinner: a beautifully arranged dinner with no formal corporate presentations, guided only by meaningful table prompts — the evening where professional relationships become genuine friendships

Overnight: Goa

• Breakfast, then new teams are formed for The Creation Challenge with one instruction: create something people will remember ten years from now
• Teams receive basic materials, limited resources, a time limit and one presentation slot — a short film, song, performance, sculpture, sand installation, social message, vision piece or story
• Each team explains what they created, why, and how they worked together — where leadership, creativity and personality emerge naturally
• Afternoon — lunch followed by free leisure; optional paid activities: jet ski, parasailing, banana boat, spa, shopping or beach leisure
• Evening — The Corporate Gala Experience (dress code: Black & Gold / Goa Chic): red carpet welcome, professional group photography, welcome drinks, live music
• The Secret Friend Reveal — everyone discovers who was quietly looking after them since Day 1
• Team awards, employee recognition and a best-moments video montage from the trip
• Gala dinner, DJ / live performance, dance and celebration
• The Final Moment — Time Capsule: every participant writes what they hope the team becomes five years from now; all messages are sealed as The Uddharsha Corporate Time Capsule, kept by the company and opened five years later

• Closing Circle — everyone answers one simple question: what will you remember from this trip?
